Colony Kids of Promise

KESWICK Colony “Kids of Promise” is an educational, informational program for children of Colony of Mercy residents, ages 4 through high school, meeting for one hour once a month. The topics of Addiction, Problem Solving and Coping, Feelings and Safe People, and Treatment and Recovery are addressed through various activities and discussions emphasizing a Biblical point of view, Scriptural illustrations, and Bible “Promise” memory verses. The ministry team coordinator has a Masters degree in education and 18 years of experience in education working with children in the Christian School setting. The team endeavors to provide a safe environment of understanding, Christ-like love, and caring for the children. The ‘kids’ are in good hands during their time in the “Colony Kids of Promise” ministry program.
