Colony of Mercy Chaplain
God called me to minister at the Colony of Mercy in August of 2015. My passion is sharing the truths of the Gospel to men who, whether they realize it or not, long for the abundant life that Jesus gives. My passion grew, by God’s grace, out my own bondage and as Jesus set me free to live by grace and in the reality of His presence.
I completed the Association of Exchanged Life Ministries counseling training in 2004 and have worked in Biblical counseling ministry since completing training. In 2013, I received a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice University.
In addition to working full-time as a counseling Chaplain at the Colony of Mercy, I’m also a part-time pastor.
My wife Leis and I have four children and two grandchildren. When not sharing God’s liberating truth with others, we enjoy being outdoors in God’s creation and visits to see the grandkids.
Ministering at America’s Keswick Colony of Mercy is an incredible blessing. Over the years I have ministered at churches, counseling ministries, and retreat ministries. God transformative work at the Colony of Mercy is exceptional. I’m thankful to be a part of the Keswick team.
