PRAISE AND PRAYER  04/03/08

Pray for Marilyn Beltle (staff member) who is suffering from shingles.  Pray for healing and for Allen and kids as they care for her.

**Pray for granddaughter of Tom and Connie Wheeler (long time friends of Keswick and Prayer Partners) who will be having eye surgery on April 7th.  She is Sheila's 5 year old daughter. She is blind in one eye, but can see out of the other.  Pray for wisdom for the doctors as they treat her and also for her mom and grandparents.

**Pray for the dad of Susan Mahoney (staff member) who is showing signs of kidney failure. Pray for her sister as well, who is taking care of him.  Pray for peace for the entire family.

**Please continue to pray for the Ott/Baldwin family.  Lynne Ott who was suffering from cancer went home to be with her Lord and son, March 14th.  After just losing there youngst son March 1st, this family needs our prayers. Lynne Ott is the oldest daughter of Marge and Ted Baldwin who are one of our volunteer prayer helpers during the summer conference ministry (pictured here).  Pray for God's peace to overwhelm them.

**Pray for Bill Millsap (long-time Corp. member) who fell and broke his hip. He required surgery.  He has been transferred to the nursing unit of their retirement center. Pray for healing, rehab and his dear wife, Bunny.

**Pray for Lindsay Groen (22 month old granddaughter of Bill and Jan Welte) Lindsay's appt. with the cardiologist showed she has a severe mitral valve prolapse (leak).  Open Heart surgery has now been set for Monday, April 7th. She will need to be in Boston the Friday before for some pre-op testing and blood work and then return home for the weekend. The surgery will be Monday, April 7th with a possible week long stay at the hospital.  There are still a lot of questions to be answered for Laura and Jon. Pray forpeace for Laura, Jon and the family.  Pray for complete healing of this valve.

**Praise the Lord that Bob Sparks (summer volunteer & Joyce Hayes'dad) tests came back that nothing is wrong.  Thank you for your prayers on his behalf.

**Pray for Darlene Butcher (staff member) who has Stage 3 ovarian cancer.  She is coming down to the last of her treatments but is experiencing low blood counts so treatments has been temporarily postponed.  Pray that the blood counts will return to normal and treatments will begin again.  Pray for peace and encouragement.

**Pray for healthy pregnancy and baby for Joyce & Robert Hayes (staff members). Exciting days ahead. 

**Pray for Lindsay, age 11, who is the great neice of our friends the VanSandts.  Lindsay had a tumor removed in May that was canerous.   Praise the Lord she knows Him personally.  Pray for healing for her and pray for her family as they continue through this entire ordeal.

Pray for the weekly Monday evening Bible studies for men and women struggling with addictions:  Higher Ground (Women) meets 7:00 PM in the Raws Building; New Creations (Men) meets on at 7:00 PM in the Seminar Room off of the Raws Auditorium.
